The Bosu ball lunge is a variation of the regular lunge where you perform this exercise with one foot on the Bosu ball. The Bosu ball forces our body to work harder to stabilize itself.
In addition to the increased work on balance, you work on the stabilization and strength of the ankles, leg muscles. The training stimulus is slightly stronger compared to the floor lunge version.
